October 30, 2012 – Atlanta, Georgia – The American Society for Training & Development’s (ASTD) Career Development SIG hosts Jabian co-founder and Partner Chris Reinking and Executive Director Fred Jewell to discuss the importance of Informal Learning to the success of an organization.

Chris Reinking is known for solving complex business problems using a creative and analytical approach for breaking down issues and developing innovated business solutions. Chris specializes in Customer Interaction consulting with a focus on Strategy, Customer Experience, and CRM delivery. Additionally, Chris is considered a market leader in driving Operational Excellence through Process Optimization, defining and teaching organizations how to properly do Business Analysis, and helping clients deliver high quality through a focus on Quality Management and Demand Management.

Prior to co-founding Jabian Consulting, Chris worked with Accenture in their Business Consulting practice within the Communications and High Tech industry group. Prior to Accenture, Chris served as a Sales Representative for Percipient Corporation where he was responsible for technology sales and account development.

 Fred Jewell is an Executive Director at Jabian.  Fred leads Jabian’s Human Capital focus area where he is especially passionate about change management, organization effectiveness, leadership development, coaching and culture. Fred has consulted for clients in a variety of industries including telecommunications, financial services, retail, utilities, healthcare, logistics, and the food industry.  Prior to joining Jabian, in 2009, Fred spent 20 years at Accenture where he was a Senior Executive in the firm’s consulting and outsourcing practices. He holds a BS and an MS in General Engineering, specializing in Human Factors and Engineering Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
