Meet Kyle Toliver, an associate in Jabian’s Atlanta office and a recent graduate from Georgia State University! His background is in data analytics, and he chose consulting because it allows him to get exposure to a broad array of industries while still building and growing his analytical skills.

Q: What do you do/where do you go when you need some time to decompress from everything?
A: When I need time to decompress, I enjoy going to one of the local basketball courts and putting up some shots to clear my head. This has always been one of my getaways ever since I was a kid when my family would go out to play together.
Q: What does Black History Month mean to you?
A: Black History Month is a celebration of what it means to be Black. I think it is important that we take the time to reflect on our history, accomplishments, and all those involved. It gives us the opportunity to highlight not only those that paved the way for us and what they did but also remind ourselves of how important it is to do the same for those that come after us.
