Mary Barbara Adams – Senior Manager – Atlanta
Mary originally from Pell City, Alabama. Before joining Jabian, she worked at The Intercontinental Hotel Group in Supplier Management where she managed technology outsourcing services contracts. Mary earned an MIS Degree from The University of Alabama. In her spare time, Mary enjoys lakes and Alabama football.
Noah Cotton– Consultant – Charlotte
Noah is originally from Acworth, GA. Before joining Jabian, Noah worked at Accenture as a technology associate manager. During his tenure, his role included software development, tech operations projects for financial service clients, and was a technology delivery lead for testing. Noah earned his BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Auburn University. In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, fitness, cooking, and also has an interest in sneakers.
Kareem Khankarli – Manager – Dallas
Kareem is originally from Beirut, Lebanon. Before joining Jabian, Kareem worked at Sabre as a Senior Analyst (Travel Solutions Pricing Strategy). In that role, Kareem re-strategized Sabre’s portfolio of products from a pricing perspective, from individual products all the way up to Sabre’s overarching commercial strategy. Kareem earned his BBA from The University of Texas at Arlington and his MBA from Texas Christian University. In his spare time, Kareem enjoys basketball and his favorite NBA team is the Dallas Mavericks! He also enjoys driving and working on cars.
Kate Allan – Senior Manager – Atlanta
Kate is originally from Knoxville, TN. Before joining Jabian, Kate worked at Collective Insights Consulting as a manager. In that role, Kate provided strategic consulting services for a Fortune-100 global beverage company. Kate earned her Bachelors in Accounting from The University of Central Florida and her MBA from Georgia Tech. In her spare time, Kate enjoys hiking, travel, politics, community engagement, peloton-ing, composting, plogging (running while picking up trash), home improvement, reading, and spending time with her dog.
Kevin Sokoloff – Manager – Atlanta
Kevin is originally from Wellington, FL. Before joining Jabian, Kevin worked at Accenture as a finance transition specialist. In that role, he was responsible for helping to lead the integrations of recently acquired companies into Accenture. While his primary responsibility was the finance workstream, he also had involvement in various other workstreams throughout the integrations. Kevin’s professional associations and memberships include Covenant House Georgia. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys running/exercising as well as traveling.
Victoria Inman – Director – Atlanta
Victoria is originally from Marietta, Georgia. Before joining Jabian, she worked at Verizon Business Group as the global financial services business development strategy lead. Her role consisted of defining, delivering, and managing the Financial Services industry vertical business development strategy aligned with mega market trends. Victoria’s professional associations include the Technology Association of Georgia, Verizon’s Volunteer Program, her church’s Children’s Ministry as a volunteer. Victoria earned her Journalism Degree from the University of Georgia. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys photography.
Sean Gold – Consultant – Chicago
Sean is originally from Geneva, IL. Before joining Jabian, Sean worked at Jones Lang Lasalle as a strategy consultant where he provided strategies relating to corporate real estate for Fortune 500 companies. Sean’s professional associations and memberships include America Needs You where he served on The Junior Leadership Board. Sean earned his BBA in Finance from Michigan State University. In his spare time, Sean enjoys golf, fitness, and travel.
Lucy Smith – Manager – Atlanta
Lucy is originally from Atlanta, GA. Before joining Jabian, Lucy worked at SimplePart LLC, as a senior enterprise consultant. In that role, she was responsible for managing and growing OEMs’ Aftersales businesses using SimplePart’s SaaS. Lucy’s professional associations and membership include volunteering at PAWS (Providing for Animals Without Shelter). Lucy earned her Bachelor of Science from The University of Bristol (in the UK) in Economics and Management. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys cooking, spin, running, and traveling.
Katie Metro – Talent Acquisition Associate – Atlanta
Katie is originally from Arlington, VA. Before joining Jabian, Katie worked for The Davenport Group at Keller Williams where she assisted in the hiring and training of new inside sales agents. While prospecting for new clients from various lead sources daily, Katie maintained a booking average and appointment set ratio above the industry performance standard. Katie earned her Bachelor of Science from Berry College. In her spare time, she enjoys rock climbing, fishing, cooking, hiking, horseback riding, and woodworking.
Bridget Eisele – Consultant – Atlanta
Bridget is originally from Atlanta, GA. Before joining Jabian, Bridget worked for Cloudmed as a senior consultant where she oversaw project planning and day-to-day operations for hospital revenue cycle reviews. She specifically worked with 8 different hospital systems simultaneously with efficiency and profitability being the primary goals. Her projects were centered around consulting hospitals on how to minimize billing and coding errors and maximize their revenue from insurance companies. In her spare time, Bridget enjoys hiking and backpacking, baking, horseback riding.
Jordan Tessaro – Client Success Director – Atlanta
Jordan is originally from Lisle, IL. Before joining Jabian, Jordan worked for Accenture as a senior manager in the management consultant organization with strong ties to the consumer goods and services industry line and the innovation and product development practice. His professional associations and membership include being an active fundraiser for the annual Night of Hope (via MDA) which raises money for ALS research. Jordan earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys cooking, film, scuba diving, snowboarding, and photography.
Sanjana Mammen – Manager – Atlanta
Sanjana is originally from Lilburn, GA. Before joining Jabian, Sanjana worked as an enterprise applications business analyst and business intelligence and reporting ERP workstream lead. Sanjana graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a double major in International Affairs and French. She also earned her Master’s in Public Health from Georgia State University. In her spare time, Sanjana enjoys hiking, volunteer work with Omega Gamma, and spending time with family and her dogs – Willis and Max. She is also an avid reader, Braves fan, and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets sports fan.
Jonathan Katz – Consultant – Atlanta
Jonathan is originally from Boca Raton, FL. Before joining Jabian, Jonathan worked at Cloudmed (Legacy Triage Consulting Group) as a senior consultant. At Cloudmed, Jonathan focused on healthcare revenue cycle consulting managing a consulting team and a portfolio of client engagements assisting healthcare systems recover unidentified insurance revenue opportunities and recommend new processes to prevent future potential revenue loss. Jonathan’s professional associations and memberships include serving as the Treasurer/Board of Directors at the Florida Alpha Educational Foundation, a 501-C3 providing scholarships and educational grants for university students in Florida. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys cooking and traveling.
Rich Thoel – Senior Manager – Atlanta
Rich is originally from Detroit, MI. Before joining Jabian, Rich worked as a senior consultant and senior manager at P3USA. In that role, Rich managed large-scale client engagements involving teams of consultants. He was also responsible for the development of consultant ranks and jointly P&L responsible for $15M in North American business. Rich earned his bachelor’s degrees in Logistics Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University. In his spare time, Rich enjoys hockey, traveling, health, fitness, and snowboarding.
