Josephine Westmaas – Paralegal – Atlanta
Josephine Westmaas is originally from Marietta, GA. Before joining Jabian, Josephine worked at Rountree Leitman & Klein, LLC as a litigation paralegal. In that role, she drafted correspondence and pleadings for attorney review before filing in Federal and State courts and performed attorney calendar management for court appearances. Josephine enjoys hiking, tennis, bird watching, and canoeing in her spare time.
Brandisha Haynes – Manager – Atlanta
Brandisha is originally from Valdosta, GA. Before joining Jabian, Brandisha worked at Home Depot as a Retail Media Partner Manager. She developed and delivered multiple programs focused on category growth in collaboration with cross-functional teams in that role. Brandisha earned her Bachelors’s from Valdosta State University and her MBA from The Georgia Institute of Technology. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and football.
Bakari Middleton-Jackson – Consultant – Atlanta
Bakari is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa. Before joining Jabian, Bakari worked at WAN Realty as a consultant. In that role, he provided advisory to take an initial assessment of the business and consolidate a strategic view as it related to the three key verticals: technology, financial, and revenue growth strategies. Bakari’s professional associations and membership include The KFI Foundation where he serves as the Vice President and a member of the board. In his spare time, Bakari is an avid road cyclist, a mobile/festival DJ, and enjoys traveling, learning Kizomba (dance), and reading.
Mary Arfeli – Senior Manager – Atlanta
Mary is originally from Medellín, Colombia. Before joining Jabian, Mary worked at Lowe’s as a Product Development Merchant where she was responsible for two categories – business strategy and brand consolidation. She also managed global sourcing teams and led sourcing strategies for projects up to $1B. Mary’s professional associations and memberships include the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where she plays the role of EME Board Member and Sarah Smith Elementary, Dual Language Immersion Program as a Board Committee Director. In her spare time, Mary likes playing board games, tennis, and going scuba diving.
Courtney Hendricks – Senior Manager – Atlanta
Courtney is originally from Lancaster, South Carolina. Before joining Jabian, Courtney worked at LogicSource as a Director where she was an onsite lead supporting the client with corporate service engagements – ranging from contract negotiations to sourcing events. Courtney’s professional associations and memberships include serving as the Chair of the Emergency Response Committee for the Marietta Roswell Alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta sorority. Courtney has earned her bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston and her MBA in Supply Chain Management from Strayer University. Courtney enjoys spending time with family and friends in her spare time, giving back to the community, and traveling the world!
Ray Reboulet – Senior Manager – Atlanta
Maya Kelch – Talent Acquisition Associate – AtlantaMaya is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. Before joining Jabian, Maya was contracted with Delta Airlines as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist where she conducted onboarding events for the new flight attendants. Maya earned her bachelor’s degree inActing from Lindenwood University. In her spare time, Maya likes acting, kickboxing, yoga, and watching live music!
Charlotte Cano – Manager – Atlanta
Charlotte is originally from Greenville, South Carolina. Before joining Jabian, Charlotte was a Project Manager for Piedmont Healthcare where she managed the financial integration and project planning of a $1B acquisition of four HCA hospitals. She also defined project scopes, tasks, resources, risks, and timelines for operational changes for a wide variety of system-wide strategic initiatives, including Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Asset Management, and HR. Charlotte’s professional associations and memberships include Georgia Tech, Scheller College of Business, and volunteering at the Fulton County Library. In her spare time, she likes running, pilates, traveling, gardening, and reading.
Barbara Cheung – Consultant – Atlanta
Barbara is originally from Farmington Hills, Michigan. Before joining Jabian, Barbara was a Process Improvement Specialist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta where she led efforts to identify and implement revenue cycle operational improvements and she served as an internal consultant to department leaders. Barbara has earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from the University of Southern California and her Masters in Health Policy & Management from Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. In her spare time, she loves all things food – going to farmer’s markets, cooking, and checking out new restaurants and cuisines! She also enjoys hiking, traveling, and discovering the next great historical drama to watch!
