Richard Rainey – Director – Atlanta
Rich is originally from Stony Brook, New York. Before joining Jabian, Rich was a senior vice president at Alix Partners, LLC where he provided management and technology consulting to large multi-national companies, private equity clients, and their portfolio companies in support of Alix Partners’ Digital practice. He also performed process improvement initiatives, sourcing strategies, and rapid diagnostic assessments to identify productivity enhancements and cost reduction opportunities to fund transformational projects/programs. Rich’s professional associations and memberships include the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). Rich has earned his bachelor of science from Purdue University and his MBA from Georgia Washington University. In his spare time, he enjoys flying, sailing, and gardening!
Kelly is originally from Houston, Texas. Before joining Jabian, Kelly was the chief of staff at Caris Life Sciences where she was responsible for overseeing an organization of data scientists and medical doctors working on AI-related research projects to improve cancer diagnosis and treatment through advances in precision medicine. She was also responsible for executive reporting, interfacing with compliance and legal, organizing the submission of FDA approval documentation, and developing the organization through improved people strategy practices. Kelly’s professional associations and memberships include the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Young Professionals serving as a Board Member (2020-2022) and Daughters of the American Revolution serving as the Chapter Officer. Kelly has earned both a bachelor of science in Agricultural Economics and a master of science in Business from Texas A&M University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, fitness, photography, interior design, and learning German!
Marcus Vassell – Senior Manager – Atlanta
Marcus is originally from Miami, Florida. Before joining Jabian, Marcus was a senior manager for Ingram Micro where he was one of the leaders in the CX Business Unit 1 and was responsible for the post-sale support for B2B resellers making a return request in the U.S. Marcus’ professional associations and memberships include being a civic leader with Hands On Atlanta. Marcus has earned his bachelor’s in Technical Management from DeVry University and his MBA in Global Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He enjoys watching movies, playing video games, volunteering, eating at restaurants, traveling, and reading self-help books!
Kim Terhune – Recruitment Brand Senior Manager – Dallas
Kim is originally from Kansas City, Missouri. Before joining Jabian, she was a senior recruitment marketing and employer brand manager at HPE where she was responsible for brand recognition and reputation with global candidates in the tech industry. Kim has earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Central Missouri University. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, dogs, and the NFL – go Chiefs!
Savannah Stone – Graphic Designer – Atlanta
Savannah is originally from Dalton, Georgia. Before joining Jabian, she was a graphic, UX/UI, and motion designer for Jagged Rock Media where she was responsible for creating content for global campaigns which included everything from websites, trade show booths, print, and digital ads, to commercials. Savannah has earned her bachelor’s degree in Digital Animation from Kennesaw State University. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, drawing/painting, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her dog at the dog park!
Thomas Dority – Manager – Charlotte
Thomas is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. Before joining Jabian, Thomas was a business consulting manager at NTT DATA Services where he was responsible for managing small to mid-size engagements within the FSI industry. He was the leader in the risk and compliance practice. He also has experience in the data management, M&A, and talent development spaces. Thomas’ professional associations and memberships include the Mosaic Church, Habitat for Humanity, and Men’s Shelter Charlotte. Thomas has earned his bachelor’s in Finance and a minor in Professional B2B Sales from the University of North Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, golfing, spending time with family and friends, and listening to and writing music!
Corinne Whitaker – Manager – Chicago
Corinne is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Before joining Jabian, Corinne was a manager at The Shelby Group where she was responsible for e-procurement transformation for enterprise customers and developing relationships and opportunities with current and new customers. Corinne’s professional associations and memberships include Tutoring Chicago. Corinne has earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Studies from Loyola University Chicago. She enjoys traveling, ice skating, reading, exercising, karaoke, dancing, concerts, and golfing!
Mark Dillard – Director – Atlanta
Mark is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. Before joining Jabian, Mark was a senior manager at Accenture where he was responsible for project leadership on client engagements in areas of change management, talent, culture, HR, and transformation. He also supported and drove new business development. Mark has earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Furman University and his master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, running, and spending time with his family!
