Throughout her consulting career, Kristine has focused on developing practical solutions to deliver value to her clients across telecommunications, hospitality, and non-profit industries. She has led many projects spanning complex delivery, transformational changes, business analysis, organizational structure, processes, and ways of working.
Kristine has served the Atlanta community through skills-based volunteering via TechBridge, Tommy Nobis Center, Habitat for Humanity, and more. In 2018, she was recognized by Consulting Magazine at one of the Top 25 Consultants in the Nation and by Georgia Tech’s Women’s Basketball team as one of the “GT Women Out Front”. In recent years she has also led the Women’s Affinity Group at Jabian where she led efforts to develop the Jabian Journal article, “Not Your Mother’s Boardroom”.
She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Business Administration.
Will Funderburg is an executive director at Jabian. He is an experienced business and technology strategist, business and process analyst, and demand management specialist. He has led several efforts to assess and stand up enterprise capabilities at mid-market and large-market, high-growth companies.
Will previously worked at Capgemini in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment Group where he focused primarily on Project Management and Process Analysis efforts on large scale ERP implementation programs.
Rebecca is a management consultant for Jabian Consulting in Charlotte. She is interested in organizational change management, workforce strategy, and strategic planning. She is passionate about partnering with her clients to develop relationships across horizontals and deliver large transformation programs.
Rebecca grew up in Florida and attended Florida State University. After college, she spent time working in the engineering industry in Dallas, TX before beginning her career in consulting. Rebecca enjoys spending her free time with her family, running, and volunteering with-at risk youth in her community.
Allison is a director at Jabian who is passionate about people and process. She has expertise in business & process analysis and product management, and supporting her clients in defining and managing their most complex transformational projects.
Allison is currently an active PMI Metrolina chapter member, and serves on the advisory board for Girls on the Run Charlotte. Outside of the office, you’ll find her exploring new restaurants and breweries or being active with her family and pup.
Prior to Jabian, Allison was a Manager at Deloitte’s Technology Consulting Federal Practice in DC. Her focus was in Information Management and bringing custom business intelligence solutions to her clients through requirements and project management roles. Allison graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State – WE ARE!
Michael is the recipient of the 2014 Rising Stars of the Profession award from Consulting Magazine for his leadership in Jabian’s business strategy focus group and leading the development of Georgia’s first science and technology strategic plan.
Michael serves on the board of directors for Association of Strategic Planning (ASP) and Georgia Tech Business Network (GTBN). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology where he is a regular speaker on consulting for their business school.
Nimesh Shah is a Director at Jabian with over 20 years of consulting experience improving customer service, sales, and operations for Fortune 500 and mid-market companies through strategic business and IT transformation projects. His expertise includes developing and implementing customer and product strategies in the areas of Customer Relationship Management, contact center operations, process improvement/re-engineering, business analysis, M&A IT and operations due diligence and post-merger integration. He also has a passion for helping companies adopt agile principles to improve their IT delivery and product development lifecycles.
Before joining Jabian, Nimesh worked as a consultant in Accenture’s Customer Service Strategy group and then as a Director of Process Standards and Systems at Xerox . He joined Jabian to get back into external consulting and because of Jabian’s interesting client work and local model with a focus on community, work/life balance, and opportunities for career growth.
Nimesh is involved with the Dallas Chapter of Conscious Capitalism and is a board member of his neighborhood HOA. He holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
In his free time, Nimesh like to travel, cook, garden, spend time with his family, and has a special affinity for hot peppers – the hotter the better!
