Will Funderburg leads Jabian’s Charlotte office and specializes in operational excellence, AI-enabled automation, and business process mining. He helps organizations move beyond surface-level process improvement by using data, workflow automation, and structured operating models to unlock measurable performance gains. His clients range from middle-market companies to Fortune 500 enterprises navigating growth, integration, and performance pressure.
Beyond client work, Will is deeply engaged in the Charlotte business community and is a proud alumnus of Leadership Charlotte Class 47. He is committed to developing leaders, strengthening local organizations, and building inclusive economic growth in the region. He holds a degree in Economics from Davidson College and began his career at Capgemini in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment group.
Will previously worked at Capgemini in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment group and graduated from Davidson College in Davidson, NC with a degree in Economics. For fun, Will enjoys running and reading.
