Chris Reinking

Co-Founder

Chris is known for solving complex business problems using a creative and analytical approach for breaking down issues and developing innovative business solutions. He specializes in Customer Strategy, Customer Experience, and CRM delivery. Additionally, he is considered a market leader in driving Operational Excellence through Process Optimization, defining and teaching organizations how to properly do Business Analysis, and helping clients deliver the highest quality through a focus on Quality Management and Demand Management.

Chris is heavily involved in the community through numerous organizations. He is involved with Conscious Capitalism and was recently the Chairman of the Board for TAG ED.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Economics from Davidson College. His liberal arts education provided him with the background needed to apply a holistic approach to solving the most difficult business problems. He is also a graduate of the Stagen Leadership Academy.

Brian Betkowski

Co-Founder

Brian is well-known for applying creativity and innovation in a practical, problem-solving context. He seamlessly blends art and science to create game-changing business and IT solutions. He created Jabian’s industry-leading methodologies for Business & Process Analysis and the Value & Integration Management Office™ for Mergers & Acquisitions. He regularly leads Business Strategy efforts focused on high growth, innovation, and complex analytical modeling. Brian also pioneered Jabian’s Office of the CIO offering which includes standardized process for IT Strategy, Planning, and Governance.

Brian is involved in many charitable organizations, especially Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where he serves on the Foundation Board of Trustees.

Brian holds a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.

Nigel Zelcer

Co-Founder

Nigel is recognized for his passion in supporting organizations through their journey of large scale transformation. His complex planning and delivery experiences enable both Business and IT organizations to successfully transform. In 2006, he left his position at a Big 4 Consulting Firm to start Jabian with his partners. Since then, he has overseen Jabian’s growth, client relationships, and employee growth and development.

Nigel has held numerous leadership positions within the Atlanta community including sitting on the Board of Directors for the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). He is also an active participant with Susan G. Komen, Golfers Against Cancer, and the Winship Cancer Institute.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information and Decision Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University. His educational degrees were the result of his passion of cognitive psychology and the interactions of human and technology.

Dan Gordon

Office Executive Director & Principal

Dan focuses on complex strategy, operations, and external affairs initiatives. He has an extensive background in crisis management, having served as the Chief Operating Officer for the City of Atlanta. Prior to joining Jabian, Dan served as the Chief of Staff to the President at Emory University, and earlier in his career, he built a start-up with Arthur Blank, which was later sold to a public company.

He is highly active in the community, including recent positions such as Board Chair of Leadership Atlanta, Trustee of Outstanding Atlanta, Inaugural Chair of ELC for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Host Committee Board Member for Super Bowl LIII. He holds two degrees from Emory University – a BA in International Studies and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate. He also studied at Harvard University and The London School of Economics.

Dan is the recipient of The Phoenix Award, the highest civilian honor extended by the Mayor of Atlanta, and enjoys mentoring youth-at-risk, developing talent, and public speaking. He is married to his college sweetheart and is the proud father of twin daughters.

Sean Woolley

Office Executive Director & Principal

Sean has more than 25 years of combined industry and consulting experience with a focus on operational strategy development and delivering results for clients. His key areas of expertise include strategy design, strategic planning, operational transformation, quality systems improvement, IT systems strategy and implementation, product development, and product management.

Sean leads Jabian’s Dallas Fort Worth market and is accountable for all aspects of business development, business operations, and client delivery and serves on the Advisory Board for The Salvation Army in Dallas, TX.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis where he graduated with the highest honors, and an MBA from Cornell University with a concentration in managerial finance.

Parshant Dhiman

Office Executive Director & Shareholder

Parshant leads Jabian’s Charlotte office and is accountable for all aspects of business development, business operations, and client delivery.

He brings a unique consulting and IT services perspective to the firm. Prior to Jabian, Parshant served as Global Account Executive at Wipro Limited, a technology services and consulting company where he focused on helping his clients build future-ready, sustainable businesses. His earlier experience also includes nearly a decade at Accenture working on large-scale M&A transactions, and at Wells Fargo where he worked as an executive in Treasury Management.

Parshant is active in the community, most recently serving on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Carolinas in Charlotte, NC. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dan Hickey

Office Executive Director & Shareholder

Dan is known for his leadership in supporting clients through their most critical business transformations and M&A activity. He has over 15 years of professional experience in building visions and business cases for transformation and in executing initiatives to optimize an organization’s people, processes, and technology. His expertise ranges from transforming service delivery models through shared services or business process outsourcing to enabling day-one readiness for divestitures, integrating acquisitions, and to optimizing processes through redesign and technology enablement.

Dan is responsible for leading client service delivery in Jabian’s Chicago office, as well as all aspects of local business development and office operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He is actively involved in the community through a variety of civic and charitable organizations.

Elise Giannasi

Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, who is known for strategic insights and tactical focus on results, Elise is dedicated to developing and leading Jabian’s people strategy and operations across all dimensions of an employee’s experience at the firm. Prior to joining Jabian, Elise had extensive experience across all dimensions of HR including Strategy Development and Implementation, Performance Management, Compensation and Career Modeling, Staffing, Communications, Change Management, and Employee Engagement. She is most passionate about Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, Coaching, and Professional Development.

Outside of the office, Elise is active in multiple local women’s groups dedicated to advancing and developing female leaders. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Barnard College of Columbia University.

Steve Hall

Market Executive Director & Shareholder

Steve has more than 25 years of combined experience in consulting and industry with a focus on helping clients achieve large change through improved technology and processes. His key areas of expertise include leading clients through M&A integrations, major business transformations, and helping clients improve processes in highly regulated industries, especially healthcare.

He is responsible for leading new client business development in Jabian’s Chicago office. In the role of Market Executive Director, Steve helps clients identify and articulate the challenges in their businesses that are holding them back from achieving their organizational goals. It is through collaboration and partnership with clients that he creates solutions that solve their business needs and pain points.

Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is actively involved in the community through a variety of charitable organizations that focus on food insecurity.

Mitchell Kinkaid

Executive Director

Mitchell joined Jabian in 2008 and has since developed deep and varied experiences across both the business & IT landscapes within various industries (Automotive, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Financial Services, and Industrial Manufacturing & Service). He has a history of delivering practical and efficient solutions to his clients that build long-term and sustainable organizational capabilities. His passion lies in helping organizations grow product offerings (Product Strategy) and revenue via acquisitions (M&A), driving a company’s most challenging initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction/retention (Program Management & Process Optimization), and supporting the C-suite to make confident investments in technology based on data (Technology Optimization/Execution).

Mitchell’s community investments focus on bridging the educational divide in underserved communities, enabling improved and equitable regional/global health outcomes, and various childhood illness research/support organizations. These strategic and tactical volunteering opportunities have allowed him to do what he loves most, developing and investing in others.

Prior to Jabian, Mitchell worked for Accenture and graduated from Texas A&M with an MBA and Florida State University with a Business Management degree.

Dan Noyd

Executive Director

Over his 15+ years of consulting experience, Dan has built a diverse background from working in the telecom, fintech, healthcare, and hospitality industries. He has a breadth of leading projects across a variety of Jabian’s service offerings including Business Strategy, Operational Excellence, Technology Optimization, and Technology Execution.

Outside of Jabian, he serves on the Advisory Council for Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic School and is part of TAG FinTech. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University.

Kristine Jordan

Executive Director

Throughout her consulting career, Kristine has focused on developing practical solutions to deliver value to her clients across telecommunications, hospitality, and non-profit industries. She has led many projects spanning complex delivery, transformational changes, business analysis, organizational structure, processes, and ways of working.

Kristine has served the Atlanta community through skills-based volunteering via TechBridge, Tommy Nobis Center, Habitat for Humanity, and more. In 2018, she was recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the Top 25 Consultants in the Nation and by Georgia Tech’s Women’s Basketball team as one of the “GT Women Out Front”. In recent years she has also led the Women’s Affinity Group at Jabian where she led efforts to develop the Jabian Journal article, “Not Your Mother’s Boardroom”.

She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Business Administration.

Chad McCloud

Market Executive Director

Chad is a seasoned executive leader who partners with clients to define customer and market needs. He builds and executes world-class customer-oriented growth strategies and solutions that exceed expectations. He is skilled at building internal capabilities and talents inside companies that drive new business beyond traditional markets. Chad is also adept at developing actionable roadmaps and business cases that deliver measurable ROI and is known for rallying the diverse efforts of cross-functional teams behind a common goal and achieving real results.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Michael Lan

Executive Director

Michael focuses on business transformations and is recognized for his expertise in leading change initiatives for mid-market and Fortune 500 companies. He is passionate about working with his clients to create practical strategic plans to focus their organization’s future direction and key initiatives and the governance model to manage changing priorities.

Michael is the recipient of the 2014 Rising Stars of the Profession award from Consulting Magazine for his leadership in Jabian’s business strategy focus group and for leading the development of Georgia’s first science and technology strategic plan.

Michael serves on the board of directors for Association of Strategic Planning (ASP) and Georgia Tech Business Network (GTBN). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he is a regular speaker on consulting for their business school.

Adam Herndon

Executive Director

Adam is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of delivering results and building trusted advisor relationships throughout his career in the management consulting industry. Adam has continuously added value by delivering practical solutions and acting as a mentor to his clients and colleagues. He focuses on helping his clients create strategic plans and then operationalize and execute those plans throughout their organization.

Within Jabian, Adam leads the Agile practice offering, Automotive Industry Insights, and has written for The Jabian Journal where his thought leadership has been published several times. He serves as an Intersect mentor for at-risk children in Atlanta, volunteers his time with The Giving Kitchen, sits on the TAG TransTech board of directors, and is an active member of his church.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia. He is a native Atlantan where he and his wife raise their three boys.

Ed Haines

Senior Strategic Advisor & Shareholder

Ed joined Jabian in 2019 as a Senior Strategic Advisor who is responsible for product development and go-to-market strategies. He is an experienced executive and operational leader who specializes in complex global programs, digital transformation, and IT delivery and service. He has led a number of global network transformation projects for multinationals, operational cost savings and process improvement initiatives, customer experience improvements, ERP transformations, and software design.

Ed previously worked at British Telecom’s Global Services division where he spent 15 years as an executive responsible for delivery, service, and operations for global network outsourcing contracts leading project management, service, operations, and customer success teams in the US and Europe. Prior to BT, he spent eight years as VP of IT and Operations for Yale Lock.

Ed graduated from Nottingham Trent University, UK with an honors degree in Mechanical Engineering including study and work abroad programs in Budapest, Hungary, Karlsruhe, and Munich, Germany. Ed is a long-time resident of Atlanta, GA after moving to the US in 1992.

 

Fred Jewell

Senior Strategic Advisor & Shareholder

Fred focuses his work on the ‘people’ side of business, working with leaders to drive better engagement and better results. As an expert in strategic planning, transformation, culture, communication, change management, and organization design, Fred works side-by-side with his clients to build strong cultures and efficient operations driven by fulfilled and motivated leaders and team members.

Fred is an executive coach, speaker, and author of the book We Can’t Do It Alone: Building Influence with Simple Strategies. He is also a regular contributor to The Jabian Journal, where he has written extensively on engagement, culture, and leadership.

Fred chairs the Strategic Planning Committee of the Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber of Commerce. For fun, he plays the keyboard in his band, Old School, and is an avid golfer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering – Human Factors and a Master of Science in General Engineering – Engineering Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Brittany Christian

Executive Director & Shareholder

Brittany is a customer experience leader and c-level advisor with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, data-driven decision-making, and implementing large-scale business transformations. She has extensive experience partnering with executives in diverse industries to understand and improve the experience for business customers and consumers. Her work centers on assessing and then transforming customer-impacting operations and services, often setting the strategy upfront, then building capabilities and delivering a future state of revenue growth and profitable scalability. Before joining Jabian in 2018, Brittany spent 12 years at Accenture as an advanced customer strategy professional.

Outside of the office, Brittany is passionate about advocating for and empowering girls and women and is highly active within the Dallas Fort Worth community. Brittany currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board for Girls Inc. of Tarrant County, whose mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Through her trusted advisor relationships, she finds joy in connecting with like-minded clients and members of the community.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and History from Baylor University.

 

Greg Giesecke

Executive Director & Shareholder

Greg has spent his career helping companies rethink their core operations by developing comprehensive strategic plans and executing complex transformations. The efforts are consistently delivered with an intimate understanding of the goals, concerns, and unique characteristics of each organization he partners with. It is this partnership mentality that has led him to build a broad set of skills including strategy development, strategic planning, program management, and business analysis.

Outside of the office, Greg is passionate about providing educational and leadership opportunities to all members of his community. He is currently an active member of the Prison Entrepreneurship Program which helps incarcerated people, felons, and disenfranchised members of the community find and prepare for jobs.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Will Funderburg

Executive Director & Shareholder

Will Funderburg is an Executive Director who has been with Jabian’s Charlotte office since 2013. He is an experienced business and technology strategist, business process analyst, and portfolio development specialist. He has led several efforts to assess and stand up enterprise capabilities at mid-market, Fortune 500, and high-growth companies including Business Process Analysis, Business Relationship Management, Demand / Capacity Management, and Enterprise Program Management.

In addition to client work, Will has led several pro-bono consulting engagements for community organizations in Charlotte and in 2015 won Consulting Magazine’s Community Investment Award for his work with the Girls Scouts Hornets’ Nest Council on their Technology Strategy. He has authored numerous Jabian Journal articles on Strategic Planning, Portfolio Development, and  Business Process Analysis.

Will previously worked at Capgemini in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment group and graduated from Davidson College in Davidson, NC with a degree in Economics. For fun, Will enjoys running and reading.

Ryan Applegate

Executive Director

Ryan is an Executive Director with 15+ years of consulting experience throughout the business planning and IT delivery life cycles. His work is focused on driving corporate growth (M&A), capturing operational efficiencies (Business Transformation and Process Optimization), and supporting confident investment in technology (Vendor Sourcing and Management). His exposure to business challenges with mid-market to Fortune 500 companies allows him to develop solutions tailored to meet his client’s unique needs. He is passionate about developing the processes and frameworks necessary to capitalize on organizational innovation and align corporate strategy across all business units.

Ryan serves on the executive board for Inspiredu driving digital inclusion and literacy for families in Atlanta. His active volunteerism with Inspiredu has included leading strategic planning, refurbishing computers, and delivering computers and technical instruction to families in Atlanta’s highest-need communities.

He graduated from Purdue University with an MBA in Operations and Marketing and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.

Bill Jagrowski

Chief Operating Officer & Shareholder

In his role as Jabian’s COO, Bill’s main areas of focus include oversight of Jabian’s knowledge management and service offerings, contract and legal review, internal communications and governance, and facilities management.

In addition to his current role, Bill has almost 30 years of management consulting experience. His expertise includes outsourcing and global organization management, process engineering, and continuous improvement, program and project management, people development and coaching, and organization transformation.

Bill serves on the board of the Catholic Charities Leadership Class in Atlanta. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Rob Amberg

Chief Marketing Officer & Shareholder

As Jabian’s Chief Marketing Officer, Rob’s focus is on building and maintaining the Jabian brand, supporting internal communications and business development, and leading brand marketing initiatives for Jabian clients.

Prior to joining Jabian, Rob spent 15 years in marketing and public relations working with Fortune 500 clients on brand management, public relations, corporate communications, advertising, marketing, and crisis communications. Rob began his career at Accenture as a management consultant specializing in customer experience and sales management.

Rob has served on the boards of Junior Achievement and KidSmart and is actively involved in the Technology Association of Georgia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Missouri State University.

Ashley Vonderahe

Director of Talent Acquisition & Shareholder

As Director of Talent Acquisition, Ashley’s focus is on developing Jabian’s Talent Acquisition strategy to consistently identify top talent for the firm. Prior to joining Jabian, Ashley spent 10 years with Accenture working in the consulting organization and eventually leading campus recruiting in the Atlanta and Florida markets.

Ashley serves in several leadership positions at Whitefield Academy, supports Campus Crusade, and is actively involved in her church. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
