Rebecca Martin is a Manager in our Charlotte office who has been with Jabian for almost 3 years. One of the main reasons Rebecca enjoys working at Jabian is having the ability to work on various projects and not being siloed into one area or industry. Q: What does your role entail?

A: Each project I’ve been a part of at Jabian has been different. I have the opportunity to partner directly with clients and lead large scopes of project work. In my project experience, I’ve worked directly with initiative program teams/leaders to CEOs and executive teams. My role entails partnering with my clients as well as Jabian colleagues to solve large-scale problems our clients face and help bring them through the change or initiative. Examples of my project work include leading strategic planning sessions for Fortune 250 companies, large-scale org structure transformations, and leading change management programs.

Q: Can you give us an example of a recent project you particularly enjoyed working on?

A: I recently had the privilege to partner with an organization responsible for providing funding to keep individuals in their homes who were at risk of eviction or homelessness due to COVID-19. As part of this effort, I led a team through a rapid program to develop operational processes and onboard and train 100+ new workers on associated processes.

Q: Why did you choose Jabian?

A: I was initially attracted to Jabian for the unique opportunity to perform strategic, focused consulting work helping clients solve some of their biggest challenges. This same initial attraction is a unique selling point – at all levels of our firm, you have the opportunity to make an impact.
