Collin Scheible Manager – Atlanta

Collin is originally from Herndon, Virginia, part of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Before joining Jabian, Collin worked as a co-project director and financial analyst with the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI). In his role, Collin was responsible for the financial management of an array of projects. In his spare time, Collin enjoys swimming, dogs, traveling, and the outdoors.

 

Jose Araque Consultant – Atlanta

Jose is originally from Bogota, Colombia. Prior to joining Jabian, Jose worked with CloudMed/Triage Consulting Group as a senior consultant. In his role, he was the main point of contact between internal and external clients and led a team of three to five people to validate revenue cycle operations in the healthcare industry. Jose is heavily involved as a CloudMed liaison with A.G. Rhodes, a top nursing home provider of senior rehabilitation services and long-term care along with “Spin For Kids Camp Twin Lakes.” In his spare time, Jose enjoys playing sports (mainly volleyball, spikeball, and soccer), watching NFL and Georgia Tech football, chess, and musical theater.

 

Karen Dernavich Senior Manager – Atlanta

Karen is originally from Plainfield, Connecticut. Prior to joining Jabian, Karen worked as a school choice advocate, volunteer lobbyist, home educator, teacher, co-founder, and community lead. She is the Founder of The Duet Project which provides music therapy scholarships for children and adults with disabilities. Karen has also worked with Accenture and brings to Jabian her strong capabilities in creative analysis, servant leadership, strategic communication, relationship management, collaborating, advocating, driving, and delivering results, assembling teams, coaching and unsticking others, process design, organizing and synthesizing data. In her spare time, Karen is involved with the Buckhead Church, loves to exercise, and read.

 

Matt Brenner Senior Manager – Atlanta

Prior to Jabian, Matt worked most recently with Guidehouse as a managing consultant. In his role, he led multiple projects at the Centers for Disease Control focusing on IT implementation, business process improvements, strategic planning, and portfolio project management. Matt volunteers his time with Aurora Day Camp Atlanta. Aurora Day Camp brings the simple pleasures of childhood back to children struggling with cancer, changing months of loneliness and isolation into moments filled with sunshine, laughter, and happiness.

 

Mike Hutchens Director – Charlotte

Mike is originally from Orange County, California and of course calls Charlotte home. Prior to joining Jabian, Mike worked with Accenture as a director of strategy and consulting. In his role, he was responsible for all the lending consulting work at the Private Bank of Morgan Stanley and with being the credit innovation and offering lead with Accenture as well. Mike volunteers through his church with Dove’s Nest, a program with the Charlotte Rescue Mission. Dove’s Nest is a cost-free women’s addiction recovery program providing a structured yet loving and stable living environment helping women understand and deal with the core issues of addiction as a disease. Mike is also heavily involved as a Coach in YesICan basketball for one of his daughter’s and previously with Girls On The Run for both of his daughters. In his spare time, Mike enjoys running, basketball, soccer, and dynasty football.

 

Kimberly Hughes Manager – Dallas

Kimberly is originally from Southlake, Texas. Prior to joining Jabian, Kimberly worked with AT&T as a global connections and supply chain MBA intern. In her role, she analyzed data along with their high-cost cell sites to find potential alternative solutions that were more cost-effective for improving AT&T’s market position. In her spare/free time, Kimberly enjoys anything fitness-related and being outdoors (hiking, yoga, weightlifting, and running). She loves spending time with her two dogs, a Brittany named Hobbes (8) and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Cocoa (7), and volunteers with various rescue organizations. Kimberly also loves to read, cook, and bake. ​​

 

Seth Baldock Consultant – Dallas

Seth is originally from Fort Worth, Texas. Seth worked most recently as a consultant with Accenture. In his role, he worked as a supply chain/sourcing and procurement consultant specializing in Coupa P2P software. He is an experienced consultant in business transformation, change management, sourcing, and procurement and has been focused on software implementation, sourcing, and procurement strategy work to include training, adoption, and strategic cost reduction. In his spare time, Seth enjoys golf, fishing, cooking, skiing, and home improvement.​​​​

 

Zaib Pirani Consultant – Dallas

Zaib is originally from Houston, Texas. Prior to joining Jabian, Zaib worked with Guidehouse as a senior consultant. In his role, Zaib helped lead client engagements within the  public sector and often times in a managerial capacity. Zaib is a member of ICERV and also works with Al-Ummah Foundation in a mentor capacity. Both organizations are Muslim youth organizations serving the Ismaili community. ​In his spare time, Zaib enjoys hiking, basketball, working out, podcasts, politics, and youth mentorship.
