For the second year running, the Atlanta Business Chronicle honors Jabian Consulting with the Pacesetter Award, given to Atlanta’s 50 fastest growing companies.

Atlanta, Georgia – April 23, 2010 – Jabian Consulting is honored to receive the Pacesetter Award for a second year, placing among Atlanta’s 50 fastest growing companies according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Companies named 2010 Pacesetters are those the Chronicle determines have “raced past the competition” in growth. Qualifying businesses must be privately owned; based in the metro-Atlanta area; not a subsidiary of any other company; and established in the first quarter of 2007 or earlier. What sets a Pacesetter apart? They also must have experienced a two-year sales growth of more than 50 percent and brought in revenue between $1 million and $300 million in 2009.

Jabian’s three founding partners explain their firm’s continued rapid growth:

“We take an integrated and strategic approach to every engagement,”says Brian Betkowski. “I think  focusing on issues of people, process, and technology together speaks to the top concerns for our clients and is fueling our growth year after year.”

“The thought leadership we’re able to provide our clients comes from the specific personal platforms of our employees,” Nigel Zelcer adds. “Our staff come from diverse backgrounds with areas of focused expertise; then we put them together on integrated teams.” It’s a combination that adds up to innovation, Zelcer says.

Chris Reinking agrees that careful hiring and professional development make a difference. “Our focus on career development helps attract exceptional talent. This growth wouldn’t happen without a set of people who share a commitment to delivery excellence.”
