August 19, 2014 – Jabian Consulting was recognized by Vault as a Top 50 Consulting Firm to Work For, ranking #35 overall in the nation, as well as #14 in Top Boutique Firms. This is the fourth consecutive year that Jabian has ranked in the top 50.

“It is rewarding to see Jabian recognized for what we put so much effort into – creating a locally focused, philanthropically minded consulting firm for professionals who want challenging work, but no longer want to miss out on their communities and families,” said Chris Reinking, managing partner at Jabian.

Vault’s annual list ranks consulting firms nationwide using a weighted method derived primarily from employee feedback. The ranking considers the firm’s overall prestige score along with factors such as: Overall Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance, and Firm Culture, among others.  This year Jabian ranked #1 for both Philanthropy Programs and Travel Requirements, and also excelled in the top ten for Work Hours, Client Interaction, Internal Mobility, and Work/Life Balance.

Although Jabian continues to expand into new communities, the local consulting model continues to be a core tenant of every Jabian office. The local consulting model is a leading contributor to Jabian’s #1 ranking for Travel Requirements and Philanthropy, and allows employees to be active members in both charitable and professional community organizations and have a rewarding home life.
