The undertaking of business needs were not yet established, and the infrastructure necessary to manage the budget an business case was urgently needed by leadership.

The Strategy:

A Jabian team of experienced business transformation experts led the effort, working with leaders of functional departments to identify a working structure for the transformation.

  • Identified gaps and opportunities for the overall transformation through a readiness assessment that cut across the organization to evaluate strategy and vision, people and organization, process, and technology.
  • Modeled the foundational master resource plan that identified the resource skill level, responsibilities, and timing required for each transformation workstream.
  • Inventoried and built the set of tools that the transformation management office implemented to ensure information would flow from workstreams up through to the Steering Committee.
