Claudia Deng  Manager – Atlanta

Claudia is originally from Gainesville, Florida. Before joining Jabian, Claudia was a senior consultant with Cloudmed (Legacy Triage Consulting Firm). In her role, she managed and trained project teams in identifying trends in hospital/claims data to recover lost revenue for health systems and to help clients improve processes to plug any leaks moving forward. Claudia earned both her MPH (Master of Public Health) from the Rollins School of Public Health in Health Policy and Management and a BA (Bachelor of Arts) in Psychology from Emory University.​ In her spare time, Claudia enjoys hiking, yoga, traveling, camping, and reading.

Ivona Kolak Manager – Atlanta

Before joining Jabian, Ivona was a Senior Applications Consultant (Manager) with Capgemini. In her role, she managed a team of 9 onshore/offshore team members within various functional areas. Ivona is a member of the Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) in Atlanta, she is also a member of Georgia Tech’s Athletic Alumnae Association and volunteers and donates to the Atlanta Mission. In her spare time, Ivona enjoys hiking, biking, running, playing volleyball, traveling, and reading.​

Hallie Marshall Consultant – Atlanta

Hallie is originally from Gainesville, Georgia. Before joining Jabian, Hallie was a full-time MBA candidate with The Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in finance, leadership, and strategy. She volunteers her time with the Winder-Barrow Veterans Resource Center, a one-stop-shop for veterans in the community. In her spare time, Hallie enjoys kayaking; cheering on the “Dawgs”; collecting vinyl records, visiting breweries, and spending time with her husband and their Airedale puppy, Walter.

Sterling Jackson Manager – Atlanta

Sterling is originally from Fort Myers, Florida. Before joining Jabian, Sterling worked with Accenture Federal Services as a management consulting delivery manager. He worked previously under the United States Department of Defense as a strategy consultant and as a reservist with the United States Naval Reserve. He was also a soldier with the Florida Army National Guard. Sterling is a Board Member of the National String Symphonia Orchestra (NSS). The NSS is a fully professional symphonic string orchestra. Their mission is to preserve, promote, and present string orchestra music. Sterling enjoys chasing after his three kids under the age of four, reading hard science-fiction and detective novels, and trail running.​

Allen Jeffers Consultant – Charlotte

Before joining Jabian, Allen was a management consulting delivery specialist with Accenture Federal Services. In his role, he led change management efforts for large-scale technology implementations and acted as the scrum master of a shared services team. Allen earned a double major, one with a BBA in Business Administration, Management with a concentration in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship along with a Bachelor’s degree in History. Both degrees were obtained from James Madison University. In his spare time, Allen enjoys spending time with his fiancé Scarlett, and dog, Dakota. He also enjoys watching professional sports, specifically NFL, MLB, and NBA. He is also involved with outside sports and recreation leagues and enjoys reading and traveling as well.

David Flynn Consultant – Charlotte

Before joining Jabian, David was a director at Equitable within Application Delivery. David was responsible for business relationships and technology strategy in support of multiple areas of the Life business unit. He volunteers his time with the Unitarian Universalist Community of Charlotte and the Open Door School – focusing on mentoring youth and adults including identity/sexuality education and parenting support groups. In his spare time, David enjoys food and cooking with much of his life revolving around what his next meal will be! This helps him fit in well with his wife and her family that are all from New Orleans. Even though he no longer plays an instrument, David loves music, and you can find him listening to a wide variety of genres at all times. He is also an avid mid-distance runner who sneaks in a 5k race or two each year.  ​
