Before joining Jabian, Sam was a senior implementation consultant at Homecare Homebase where he was overseeing the clinical implementation of the EMR software for his clients. Sam has earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Oklahoma State University and his MBA in finance and business analytics from Southern Methodist University. In his spare time, he likes traveling, cooking, hiking, and snowboarding!
Carson Topping – Senior Manager – Atlanta
Carson is originally from Atlanta, GA. Before joining Jabian, Carson was a senior manager at Home Depot where his team was responsible for project planning, execution, analysis, optimization, and monitoring of capital investments in the stores. Carson has earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Emory University and his MBA from Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business. In his spare time, he likes singing, playing basketball, watching movies, and being a total foodie!
Hope Morgan – Consultant – Atlanta
Hope is originally from Atlanta, GA. Before joining Jabian, Hope was a consultant at Alliancesphere where she led engagements with Fortune 500 companies to develop best-in-class strategies and programs for partnerships and alliances. She also served as the engagement manager to rebuild the partner program for a top-four consultancy, including strategy creation and partner framework. Hope has earned her BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in strategy and management consulting and marketing. In her spare time, she likes playing soccer, traveling, photography, running, and being a poodle mom!
Jack Thomas – Consultant – Atlanta
Jack is originally from Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Jabian, Jack was a senior consultant at Protiviti where he worked in the enterprise application solutions practice. Jack has earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in management information systems. In his spare time, he likes hiking, fishing, watersports, and cars!
Mykal Fraser – Director – Atlanta
Mykal is originally from Stone Mountain, GA. Prior to joining Jabian, Mykal was a senior manager for Workforce Readiness where she was responsible for helping clients create the enterprise of the future, realizing benefits from large-scale programs, and raising the performance of their teams by developing and implementing robust human capital strategies and plans. Mykal’s professional associations and memberships include Community Connections as a Board Chair and Shades Dance Theater as a Treasurer. In her spare time, she likes walking and hiking – she’s part of two walking organizations, Girltrek and Chasing Waterfalls. She is also part of two book clubs!
Ben Badower – Senior Manager – Chicago
Ben is originally from Minnetonka, MN. Prior to joining Jabian, Ben was a manager at Accenture where he was responsible for defining, planning, and executing their transformation agendas. Ben has earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, exploring new restaurants, USC football, and Timberwolves basketball!
Marshawn Shelton – Consultant – Atlanta
Marshawn is originally from Chicago, IL. Prior to joining Jabian, he was a project manager at the University of Pennsylvania Health System where he was responsible for managing and coordinating clinical effectiveness and quality improvement projects that supported the health system’s strategic initiatives under the direction of the chief quality officer and the chief medical officer. Marshawn has earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia State University in management and his masters from Morehouse School of Medicine in public health. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, running, and reading!
Parshant Dhiman – Office Executive Director – Charlotte
Parshant currently resides in Charlotte, NC. Prior to joining Jabian, he was a global account executive at Wipro. Parshant’s professional associations and memberships include the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Carolina. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in political science. In his spare time, Parshant enjoys golf and traveling!
Benedict Herbst – Senior Manager – Atlanta
Benedict is originally from Rosenheim, Germany. Before joining Jabian, he was an executive vice president and chief financial officer at United Soft Plastics, Inc., where he was responsible for the overall financial analysis and strategy, sales pricing, procurement, and quality systems across two plants in the U.S. and three global sales offices. Benedict’s professional associations and memberships include being the Treasurer, CFO, and Board Member of the German American Cultural Foundation. GACF is a non-profit dedicated to the promotion of the German language and culture in Atlanta and surrounding areas. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and chess!
Hamza Rehman – Consultant – Atlanta
Hamza lives in Winder, GA. Prior to joining Jabian, Hamza was an associate with PwC. He successfully executed projects across PwC’s advisory function and was involved with clients from IT, capital markets, banking, and finance industries. Hamza has earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Punjab in business administration and his Master’s degree from Kennesaw State University in information systems. In his spare time, he likes hiking, exercising, playing basketball, and riding motorcycles!
Garrett Bludau – Senior Manager – Dallas
Garrett is originally from Hallettsville, TX. Prior to joining Jabian, Garrett was a senior manager for American Airlines where he was responsible for resource planning and operations. Garrett earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Sam Houston State University and his masters in business administration from Tulane University. In his spare time, he likes spending time with his family, exercising, and fly fishing!
Tyler Durham – Senior Manager – Charlotte
Tyler is originally from Marietta, GA. Prior to joining Jabian, Tyler was vice president of enterprise strategic initiatives at Bank of America. In that role, he led the execution of operational strategy projects across the enterprise. Tyler earned his B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia with concentrations in finance, management, and entrepreneurship. In his spare time, he loves to travel and explore new places and cultures. He is also an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast.
Henry Livingston – Consultant – Dallas
Henry is originally from San Diego, CA. Prior to joining Jabian, Henry was an analyst at Sendero Consulting. In that role, Henry supported organization design and change management projects in various industries including retail and utilities. Henry earned his B.S. from Vanderbilt University in human and organizational development and received his B.A. in economics. In his spare time, Henry enjoys rowing, tennis, travel, reading, and trying new restaurants.
Anye Wanki – Consultant – Atlanta
Anye is originally from Bamenda, Cameroon. Prior to joining Jabian, Anye was a strategic operations manager at Workrise. In that role, Anye launched and scaled the Atlanta branch for a two-sided marketplace startup valued at $2.9B. Anye’s professional associations include Tomorrow Fellow as Management Leadership. Additionally, Anye works with Justice for Cameroon as the Research and Recent News Committee Director. In his spare time, Anye enjoys soccer, basketball, and running.
Arjun Amisagadda – Associate – Dallas
Arjun is originally from Vijayawada, India. Prior to joining Jabian, Arjun was a corporate development and transaction services analyst at Accenture where he was responsible for pricing Accenture’s outsourcing, consulting, and V&A transactions. Arjun’s professional associations and memberships include the Financial Leadership Association at UT Dallas and Child Aid Foundation. In his spare time, he enjoys motorcycling, backpacking, camping, hiking, yoga, and cricket!
Ashlyn Virgin – Associate – Dallas
Ashlyn is originally from Plano, TX. Prior to joining Jabian, she was a staff accountant intern at In Good Taste, LLC where she was responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records and reconciling bank accounts and general ledger monthly. Ashlyn’s professional associations and memberships include volunteering at the North Texas Food Bank and Operation Kindness. In her spare time, she likes to draw, paint and hike!
Gavin Watts – Associate – Dallas
Gavin is originally from Dallas, TX. His professional associations and memberships include the Dallas CPG. Gavin has earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in entrepreneurship and a minor in English from Southern Methodist University. In his spare time, he likes mountain biking, music, podcasting, cooking, and crafting cocktails!
Kyle Toliver – Associate – Atlanta
Kyle is originally from Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Jabian, Kyle was a sports assistant at Georgia State University’s Recreational Services where he was responsible for assisting in the daily operations of sports clubs and intramurals. Kyle has earned his bachelor of business administration in computer information systems from Georgia State University. In his spare time, Kyle likes playing basketball, going to sporting events, watching movies/tv shows, listening to music, and going to concerts!
Ryan Echavarren – Associate – Dallas
Ryan is originally from Bethesda, Maryland. Prior to joining Jabian, Ryan was an Intern at Cypress Growth Capital where he was responsible for analyzing potential investments on factors such as financials, market size/position, and management teams. Ryan’s professional associations and memberships include the Texas State Bar Association. Ryan has earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oklahoma and his JD-MBA from Southern Methodist University. In his spare time, Ryan likes playing and coaching lacrosse, playing pick-up basketball, and supporting the Oklahoma Sooners and Washington Commanders!
Will Schrensky – Associate – Atlanta
Will is originally from Fort Wayne, IN. He has earned his bachelor of science degree in economics from Purdue University and his master of science degree in economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In his spare time, Will is a swimming coach at Swim Atlanta. He also likes cooking, trivia, and hiking!
Courtney Crumby – Consultant – Atlanta
Courtney is originally from Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Jabian, Courtney was a project director at The Hardy Group where she was responsible for developing and assessing scopes of work, budgets, and schedules. Courtney’s professional associations and memberships include volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. In her spare time, she likes weightlifting, playing kickball, and she is currently learning how to play the piano!
