Amy Baltz – Full Charge Bookkeeper – Firmwide
Amy Baltz (she/they) is originally from the North but calls Atlanta her hometown. Before joining Jabian, she worked at Preserve Communities as the corporate controller providing strategic leadership for multi-company reporting. She relishes creating music, both singing and playing instruments including the piano, oboe, bassoon, and flute. Amy also enjoys growing their container gardens from seeds, painting miniature figurines for tabletop gaming, and creating quilts as gifts and donations for various LGBTQ+ charity auctions. She is passionate about her animals, owning three ball pythons, and currently training her harlequin great dane named Joy.
Andrew Hardin – Senior Manager – Atlanta
Andrew is originally from Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Before joining Jabian, Andrew was a Senior Enterprise Consultant at SimplePart. He focuses on eCommerce strategy consulting, program management, and solutions development and integration for automotive OEMs’ national and internal eCommerce aftersales programs. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys building furniture, cooking, racquetball, road biking, and hiking/camping. He also enjoys attending games for Georgia Tech, Atlanta United, and the Atlanta Braves!
Anita Jehan – HR Specialist – Firmwide
Anita is from Atlanta, Georgia. Before joining Jabian, Anita was the Senior HR Business Partner for Deliverol Global, Inc. She was the primary human resources liaison and point of contact for all employees. Anita has her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University and started her career at Emory’s Autism Center. In her spare time, she enjoys Orange Theory Fitness and serving as the Head of Operations for a community religious education center.
Ben Williams – HR Administrator – Firmwide
Ben is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. Before joining Jabian, Ben was a payroll generalist with ADP. He assisted clients with data, setup, and configuration changes within several of ADP’s products including Workforce Now! Prior to ADP, Ben worked in human resources at a law office as well as spent 4 years with LifeBrite Laboratories. In his spare time, Ben is passionate about music, fashion, and travel.
Dayton Rutherford – Manager – Atlanta
Dayton is originally from Asheville, North Carolina. Before joining Jabian, Dayton was a senior experience consultant at IBM working primarily on technology user experience projects. If you are in Atlanta, you may have seen Dayton do improv at the Whole World Theatre in Midtown. He is also a member of the footie mob Atlanta United Supporters group, an amateur mixologist, and an occasional practitioner of Muay Thai.
Dom Haskett – Consultant – Dallas
Dom is originally from Dallas, Texas. Before joining Jabian, Dom worked at Capital Asset Advisors where he advised on the buy/sell area of mergers & acquisitions, real estate, and technology. Dom’s professional associations and membership include Dallas Business Club, Center for Brain Health, TREC (The Real Estate Council), Dallas Regional Chamber, and The George W. Bush Presidential Library. In his spare time, Dom enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, fashion, trying restaurants, watching presidential and Wall Street documentaries, reading books, and networking.
Jodi Cuppy – Office Administrator – Dallas
Jodi is from Plano, Texas. Before joining Jabian, Jodi was an executive administrator and investor relations manager for MRG Holdings. In the community, Jodi is part of the Fellowship of Professional Women, the Dallas Real Estate Investors Association, and the International Association of Women. In her spare time, Jodi enjoys reading, enjoying the outdoors, and serving others.
Madison Taylor – Manager – Dallas
Before joining Jabian, Madison worked at Accenture as a management consultant where she worked with clients on a variety of projects, mainly focused on organizational change management and talent/new skilling. Madison’s professional associations and membership include involvement in the Collin County Marine Corps League with her husband and attending church at Compass Church in Colleyville. She is looking to get more involved with veterans and women’s/children’s organizations in DFW. In her spare time, Madison enjoys sports (football/baseball), hiking, being on the lake, and working on her family cattle farm in Arkansas.
Sibi Shanthi – Consultant – Dallas
Sibi Shanthi is originally from Frisco, Texas. Before joining Jabian, Sibi worked at Accenture as a Senior Interactive Consulting Analyst. Sibi earned his BBA in Management Information Systems and a certificate in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin. He is currently enrolled in the program for his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Strategy from Rice University and is set to finish in April 2023. In his spare time, Sibi enjoys basketball, football, and entrepreneurship.
Lindsay Badeaux – Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition – Firmwide
Lindsay is originally from Charlottesville, Virginia. Before joining Jabian, Lindsay was the Director of Academic Affairs at the University of Virginia. She oversaw the strategy and operations for the School of Data Science in the academic affairs area which included supporting students and faculty, serving as the school registrar, and advising on curriculum changes. Prior to UVA, Lindsay worked at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys parenting, hiking, cooking, church, and concerts!
