Atlanta, Georgia – April 22, 2012 – Jabian Consulting is honored to be among the metro Atlanta companies considered the Top 100 Workplaces by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and its research partner, Workplace Dynamics. In its first appearance on the list, Jabian is ranked 14th out of 50 companies in the small (defined as under 150 employees) workplaces category.
The AJC asserts that the purpose of the list is, “to recognize and celebrate the companies that should be considered the best metro Atlanta has to offer.” Employee survey results determined the best places to work from among more than 1,000 nominated companies.
Jabian founding co-partner, Chris Reinking, says the award helps illuminate the practices employees value most. “If you look at the way we do business – the way any of these companies on the list do business – you’ll see a trend toward breaking the mold. Jabian hires only the best, and we wouldn’t be as successful recruiting and keeping those people unless we offered benefits and a work experience that are different from what you’d find everywhere else. It’s wonderful to have that recognized.”
