Atlanta, Georgia – June 29, 2011 – For the first time, Atlanta companies had the opportunity this year to be considered for the “Top 300 Small Business” awards for Atlanta and the South, given by Business Leader Media. Jabian Consulting not only made the inaugural list of Atlanta honorees at #13, but ranked 84 in the South against other Small Businesses. Founding partners Chris Reinking and Brian Betkowski accepted the award on Jabian’s behalf.

The honorees spanned a variety of industries, all with one thing in common: high employee satisfaction.  Each nominated company’s detailed entry was evaluated by an independent research firm, which also assessed results from nominated firms.  Key measures included  percentage of sales in Atlanta, revenue history, top 5 business achievements and  community involvement.

Jabian’s strengths in this area include: consistently exceeding clients’ expectations, significant growth, thought leadership in the industry, many ‘ Best Places to Work’ awards, and extensive community involvement.  Jabian’s growth and retention rate speaks for itself – the company has experienced more than 900% growth since its inception in 2006.  Jabian employees have contributed financially to 22 non-profit organizations in metro-Atlanta and logged over 500 volunteer house with many of these organizations.  Jabian’s contributions of time and money help make Atlanta a great place to live, foster a sense of pride in the employees, and therefore tie into the business success.

Formerly given only in North Carolina and Florida, the “Top 300 Small Business” program expanded to Atlanta this year. In addition to the awards ceremony, the program includes open networking and dinner.
