Co-founder and Partner, Nigel Zelcer, accepted the award on Jabian’s behalf during the annual award celebration. Zelcer said, “It’s an honor to be recognized again this year as one of Atlanta’s best companies to work for, and we are thankful to the National Association for Business Resources for the efforts to help organizations appreciate the value of a great work environment”.

This award celebrates corporate excellence in Human Resources (HR). The selection process is rigorous and only the best are chosen. To ensure veracity of the selection process the National Association for Business Resources partners with ITT’s Center for Research and Service to carefully review each application. Statistical analysis is used to examine each applicant’s nomination as well as extensive employee survey responses.

This year’s associated HR conference program theme was “Bridging the Talent Gap”. Events during the day included two educational sessions as well as the award celebration. Jabian’s own Fred Jewell, Executive Director, moderated the first educational session, “Driving Innovation through Talent Management: Strategies for Breakthrough Performance.”

Attendees were welcomed by Atlanta’s Mayor, Kasim Reed. The event was moderated by Monica Pearson of Atlanta’s WSB-TV and Stone Payton of Atlanta Business Radio X.
