Atlanta, Georgia – July 6, 2012 – Jabian Consulting has just been ranked #8 in Georgia and # 50 in the South region in Business Leader magazine’s Top 300 Small Business awards. This is the second year the magazine has honored the firm, which has advanced on the list in that time. Last year Jabian ranked 13th in the state and 83rd in the region.

Qualified businesses must employ fewer than 100 employees; generate 50% or more of their sales locally; and have been in business for five or more years. Winners were chosen based on revenue growth, business achievement, and community impact.

Jabian caught the magazine’s eye with its local-based consulting model and efforts to support and improve the local community, as well as the many industry honors it has been awarded. The firm has been named a “best place to work” or “fastest growing” more than 10 times in its six-year existence, and has been singled out by local, regional, and national organizations for its performance. Client satisfaction remains very high, as Jabian stands by its commitment to hire only the most talented consultants in the industry and to guarantee the success of every client project. Employees cite their distinctive firm culture as a reason for the extremely low turnover rates.

Jabian founding co-partner, Nigel Zelcer, says he and his fellow partners and colleagues are grateful for the Business Leader award, which he feels recognizes their dedication to careful growth and community involvement. “Jabian’s model is different from others in our industry, and we believe that what makes it different is what makes it successful. It’s a pleasure to be listed among these other great small businesses and to see smart, innovative practices highlighted. We’re honored.”
