Q: What does your role at Jabian look like?
A: Working with great people to help our clients solve tough problems.
Q: Can you give us an example of a project you have recently worked on?
A: Working with a client to identify the key pillars of their 5-year strategy and prioritize projects to realize their goals. It’s been really rewarding to build deep relationships with client leadership throughout the process and support their continued success.
Q: What attracted you to Jabian?
A: Finding a place where I could grow professionally in an environment that allowed me to build strong relationships – both at work and in Dallas. Jabian stood out as a value-driven company, dedicated to our clients, and focused on providing a fun and balanced career for employees.
Q: What keeps you at Jabian?
A: The supportive culture and strong relationships. Jabian is a place that allows me to pursue professional goals and values my personal well-being. It’s important to me to be able to disconnect and spend time with my wife and two young children and it’s been great to be part of a firm that encourages me to find that balance.
