Q: What does your role at Jabian entail?
A: My role at Jabian ranges from owning workstreams, relationship management, working with top in class project teams, and developing solutions for clients’ most challenging problems.
Q: Can you give us an example of the projects you work on?
A: In my three years at Jabian I have had the pleasure of working with exciting clients and projects. This work has ranged from business process optimization in the retail industry, IT transformation for higher education, customer journey and customer experience mapping in the utility industry, and demand management optimization for digital marketing.
