August 21, 2013 –Jabian Consulting was recognized by Vault as a Top 50 Consulting firm, and the top-rated Atlanta-based management consulting firm when Vault’s 2014 rankings were announced this week.  Jabian makes an appearance on the list for the third consecutive year, ranking #33 in the nation.

Vault’s annual list ranks consulting firms nationwide using a weighted method derived primarily from employee feedback. The ranking considers the firm’s overall prestige score along with factors – such as: Diversity, Client Interaction, Business Outlook, and Firm Culture.  Under the title Old School Values, New School Thinking, Vault praises Jabian as a “cutting edge firm that allows its employees the satisfaction of investing in the community’s businesses”. Ranked #1 for Philanthropy Programs and #9 for Company Leadership, Jabian also excelled in the Work/Life Balance, Informal Training, Work Hours, and Hiring Process categories.

“It is an honor to be ranked among the Top 50 Consulting Firms for the third year in a row” said Chris Reinking, partner and co-founder of Jabian. “Since opening new offices in Dallas last year and Charlotte this Fall, we are growing in a way that reflects our values.  We are pleased to be recognized for the high standards and culture that act as the foundation for our company.”

Although Jabian continues to expand into new communities, the local consulting model, initially developed in Atlanta, is also a core tenant Jabian’s Charlotte and Dallas offices. The local consulting model is the leading contributor to Jabian’s #1 ranking for Travel Requirements. “The idea of working locally and being able to give back to the community is an incredibly important aspect of Jabian’s culture” said Nigel Zelcer, partner and co-founder.
