Atlanta, GA (December 16, 2013) –   The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) has recognized Jabian Consulting as a Champion of Learningfor the company’s annual development program titled   “the Year of the Trusted Advisor.”

 

ASTD’s annual Employee Learning Week is organized to highlight the important connection between learning and achieving organizational results, as well as encouraging organizations to demonstrate their commitment to learning.

 

Jabian was recognized as a Champion of Learning for declaring 2013 the Year of the Trusted Advisor (YOTA) within the company.  The goal of YOTA is to grow employees’ understanding and application of what it means to be a trusted advisor through a variety of learning experiences. Throughout the year, staff developed self-awareness and a range of hard and soft skills through formal instruction, peer coaching, interactive learning labs, marquee events, and mentoring.
