Q: What does International Women’s Day mean to you?
A: To me, International Women’s Day is about championing and celebrating women, while continuing to advocate for equality for all people.
Q: What are some challenges that remain for women today?
A: One of the main challenges for women today is the lack of female representation in executive leadership positions. As Ruth Bader Ginsburg said, “Women belong in all places where decisions are being made. It shouldn’t be that women are the exception.” As women represent more seats at the table, our businesses and world will only continue to get better and stronger because of it.
