Meet Callie Wheatley, manager in our Atlanta office and customer experience expert! Callie joined Jabian Consulting in 2018 and has been a trailblazer in her work in digital transformation and the voice of the customer across multiple industries.
Q: What does your role entail?
A: Helping companies improve their customer experience by building actionable strategies to solve complex problems.
Q: Can you give us an example of an interesting project you recently worked on?
A: For one client, we helped them define a maturity path for their new customer experience function and then developed a future-state journey map and solutions that illustrate solutions for digital payment options.
Q: Why did you want to work at Jabian?
A: I was looking for an “office family” – people you get to see every day, build a relationship with, and actually enjoy working with. From my first interview and informal coffee that recruiting set up for me, I knew that Jabian was a place where I would find that community and also get to do challenging and interesting work. And I’m not just saying that, I mean it!
Q: What keeps you at Jabian?
A: The breadth of amazing clients and types of work we get to do, of course in addition to the people I work with. I continually learn from both my colleagues and the client work.
